Policies

Check-in is after 3:00pm.  Please call us at 603.237.5566 if your arrival will be after 7:00pm.  We will happily make arrangements for an after-hours check-in.

Check-out is by 11:00am.

All of our guest rooms and the enclosed porch are non-smoking and pet friendly.  A cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed for smoking in the room.

If you should have to cancel for any reason you may contact us up to 3:00pm the day before your scheduled arrival to avoid being charged for a one-night stay.
